This policy explains how Lumen Scale LLC, trading as WantMoreCases, handles information collected through wantmorecases.com and quiz.wantmorecases.com.
This policy covers information collected through this website. We do not collect information from accident claimants through this website. Claimant information is collected through separate campaign channels and is handled under the privacy notice that applies to that campaign.

02Information we collect
Business contact information
When you complete our enquiry funnel or contact us, we collect your name, your firm's name, your work email address, your phone number, the state or states you practice in, the case volume your firm can take on, and how you currently acquire cases. If you tick the SMS consent box we also record that consent, the date it was given and the mobile number it applies to. See SMS messaging.
Technical information
Your IP address, device type, browser, operating system, the pages you view and how you move through them.
Marketing information
Where you came from, including campaign parameters, referring website and advertising click identifiers. Collected through cookies only where you have given permission.

04How we share it
We do not sell personal information for money.
We share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, including website hosting, our enquiry funnel, our customer relationship system, analytics and advertising platforms, and the partners and providers involved in delivering our services. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
We may also share information with professional advisers, or where required by law, subpoena or other legal process.
Where you have allowed advertising cookies, information about your visit may be shared with advertising platforms for measurement and targeting. Under some state laws this counts as sharing for cross context behavioral advertising. You can stop it at any time through cookie settings.
05SMS messaging
We operate an SMS program for business contacts at law firms who have asked to hear from us. We do not send text messages to accident claimants.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the SMS consent box on our enquiry form and providing your mobile number. Ticking that box is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to enquire, book a call, or work with us. We do not add anyone to our SMS program from a purchased list, and we do not opt anyone in on someone else's behalf.
What we send
Follow-up about the enquiry you made, appointment confirmations, reminders about calls you have booked, and replies to questions you send us. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email contact@wantmorecases.com. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not share, sell, rent or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described elsewhere in this policy, and are never passed to third parties for marketing.
Mobile numbers are shared only with the messaging providers who deliver our texts, acting on our behalf and solely to send the messages you have asked for.
06How long we keep it
We keep business contact information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards where we need it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner using the contact details above.
07Cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Only strictly necessary cookies are set when you arrive. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time through cookie settings.

We use access controls, encryption in transit and role based permissions, and we limit the information we hold to what we need. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
10Children
This site is a business to business service intended for legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
